10 Unforgettable Days at Hideaway Beach Resort and Spa

Our 10-day stay at Hideaway Beach Resort and Spa was remarkable, and we would gladly return. Staying in a Deluxe Beach Villa equipped with a plunge pool afforded us breathtaking views and total seclusion, ideal for a family getaway. Thoriq, our butler, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and well-versed in all things Maldives. He arranged all our activities, provided bikes, and always greeted us warmly. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the kids club, and Firoo, our waiter at the Sunset Pool Café, was delightful with them. His engaging manner managed to persuade our daughter, who generally disliked food, to try crab straight from the shell—a notable achievement. Celebrating our son's birthday while there, the staff made him feel exceptionally special, singing Happy Birthday more than once and presenting cakes for the occasion. We all enjoyed the spa, experiencing various treatments, which were a highlight of our stay. The tranquil setting and skilled therapists added to the experience. The house reef was another beloved feature. Snorkeling was as simple as walking in from the beach, with an astonishing array of marine life. We spotted vibrant fish, rays, and even sharks nearby. We participated in the sunset dolphin cruise, a fishing trip, and turtle snorkeling. The guides contributed to making these excursions unforgettable through their professionalism and friendliness. Despite the resort being full, it never felt crowded. It was serene and truly felt like a piece of paradise.
