Dubai Versace Hotel Experience

We went to the Versace Hotel for afternoon tea, but didn't stay there (we were too tired that day and forgot to take selfies).
We took a quick look at a small suite, and it was dizzying. From the moment you step into the hotel, you see Medusa's head everywhere... I have a fear of maximalism, and I feel suffocated in spaces with too many elements. The entire hotel is designed with their brand in mind, including the tableware, furniture, vases, bedding, and toiletries. The bathroom in the room was a bit average, but the public bathroom was really nice, very large, clean, and with a dressing table.
Their lobby and pool were my favorite places, probably because they were big enough. The colorful decorations were acceptable, and the floor tiles were made of tens of thousands of hand-laid mosaics, which looked luxurious and expensive (I love the feeling of sitting on a pile of money!). The lines and lighting of the chandeliers in the lobby were beautiful and luxurious. The bottom of the outdoor pool has a Medusa head that can only be seen from upstairs.
The afternoon tea looked ordinary and tasted very sweet. The coffee had the hotel logo, and the tea was served in a pot. However, my pot didn't have a filter, so it was full of tea leaves...
If you like the Versace brand, you'll love it. It's also close to the airport, making it suitable for those who have just arrived or are leaving the next day. The afternoon tea was average, but it's a great place to take photos.
