30th Birthday Bliss at a Truly Remarkable Hotel

We had an unforgettable stay for my 30th birthday celebration. The staff exceeded all expectations， making it extraordinarily memorable—every employee we met deserves praise. It’s safe to say this is the finest hotel， with service that goes beyond anything we've experienced globally. What sets this hotel apart is the personal touch it offers; hospitality at its best. Emma checked us in with professionalism and warmth and remained a friendly face throughout. Special thanks to our host Andrew， who was incredible and attentive， making our stay exceptional. Bobin took great care of us daily at the pool， and his excellent service is another asset to the hotel. We enjoyed the shot of the day， cold towels， and cucumber slices; those small details make this hotel shine.We dined at 101， Zest， and STAY. The food was impeccable and delicious at each venue. STAY is a must-visit for a fantastic fine dining experience. Rosanna， who welcomed us at both 101 and Zest， was lovely and charming， as were all the staff at the restaurants. A delightful touch was Rahul， the General Manager， who took the time to chat with guests at breakfast.The rooms are elegant and spacious. We stayed at Manor House 7， an excellent location within the resort with a stunning view. The entire resort exemplifies timeless luxury， from the reception to the grounds and pool areas. It’s clear why guests return repeatedly; the service is unparalleled. We will definitely be returning (though we normally don’t revisit the same place) and have already recommended it to friends. We had a dual hotel holiday but were reluctant to leave this amazing place. Thank you to everyone for making my birthday such a special occasion; our stay was perfect in every way.
