Exceptional Dining at Ibiza Spine

Ibiza Spine at Hyde Hotel ranks among the best new fine dining venues in Dubai. The entire journey—from the atmosphere to the taste—was utterly fantastic. The location is breathtaking， featuring lush plants and a chic， bohemian-sophisticated style that transports you directly to Ibiza. We opted for the 4-course menu and were truly impressed. Large servings， stunning presentation， and each plate was bursting with flavor. The truffle pasta was heavenly， and the sushi was some of the finest I’ve encountered in the city. Burrata and avocado salads—fresh， lively， and perfectly spiced. Service was superb—friendly， informed staff who sincerely care about your experience， especially our server Italia， who was outstanding. I highly recommend giving it a shot. I’ll surely return with my friends soon!
