Exceptional Service at Jumeirah Al Naseem

We want to extend our gratitude to the team at Jumeirah Al Naseem for the outstanding service during our visit to this remarkable hotel—nothing was ever too much trouble. Special thanks to Becs at the check-in desk for assigning our room according to our requests, which truly set the tone and greatly enhanced our stay. We reserved an Ocean Club Superior Room with Half Board. Our room was perfect and luxurious, complete with a balcony and stunning views of The Burj Al Arab. The dine-around choices with Jumeirah Summer Flavours were fantastic. We enjoyed meals at Dhow and Anchor, Trattoria, Summersalt, and a favorite of ours, Atrangi by Ritu Dalmia. We spent time in the club lounge, and a big thank you to Charith for taking care of us on our numerous visits. Having stayed at most Madinat hotels, the customer service at Jumeirah Al Naseem truly stood out. Thank you, team, for making our stay unforgettable.
