A Relaxing Half-Day Tour of Dujiangyan Scenic Area

It is recommended to enter the scenic area through Gate 6 of Qin Yan Tower (tickets can be purchased on-site or pre-booked via the WeChat mini program). Qin Yan Tower is located at the highest point of the Dujiangyan Scenic Area, offering a panoramic view of the surroundings. Inside the tower, there are illustrated explanations of key historical sites.
After descending the tower, head to the Anlan Suspension Bridge. The bridge has been reconstructed and can sway significantly when crowded! Crossing the bridge leads to the Fish Mouth area, where you can marvel at the ingenious design of the Fish Mouth, which automatically adjusts the water diversion ratio based on flood and dry seasons. The world-renowned Dujiangyan is truly extraordinary!
Returning via the suspension bridge and following the downhill path, you will pass by the Yu Wang Palace, Yulei Pavilion, and Chenghuang Temple before arriving at West Street. Finally, exit the scenic area through the South Bridge. Due to a sudden thunderstorm, we skipped other parts of the scenic area. It is said that you can see the 'Blue Tears' phenomenon under the South Bridge, but you have to wait until nighttime for a chance to witness it!
