Autumn Trip to Dujiangyan

A visit to Chengdu wouldn't be complete without checking out Dujiangyan! I bought a high-speed rail ticket on-site, with no seat for the outbound trip, but managed to change to a seated ticket for the return. The round-trip train fare was 20 yuan, and the metro ride from Chunxi Road to the high-speed rail station cost 6 yuan one way, taking about 30-40 minutes. Upon arrival, I immediately hopped on a bus to Qinlou, which cost 10 yuan. The entrance ticket to the scenic area was 80 yuan. I started my exploration from Qinlou and made my way down.
I noticed many people heading for the sightseeing car, which costs 10 yuan per ride. Initially, I planned to walk the entire route myself—thank goodness I didn't! 🤣🤣🤣 The scenic area is quite large, and by the end, my legs were so tired I could barely move 😤😤. The scenery, however, was absolutely stunning. Traveling from Jinan was incredibly convenient, making this day trip totally worth it! ☺️
