Dunhuang Accommodation Recommendation - Dunhuang International Hotel

📍Hotel Location: Dunhuang International Hotel is approximately a 20-minute drive from Dunhuang Mogao International Airport, a 20-minute drive from the Mogao Caves, and a 10-minute drive from Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Spring. The hotel is conveniently located near the G215 highway (the main route for Dunhuang's western tourist attractions), making it a central spot for visiting all major attractions in Dunhuang.

🏖️Environment/Facilities: The hotel covers a large area with multiple residential buildings. When booking a ride, make sure to specify the exact building for pick-up/drop-off. Each building has restaurants and souvenir shops on the ground floor, but during our visit in May, the occupancy rate seemed low, and the restaurant and souvenir shop in Building 3 were not open. Breakfast was served in Building 2, which required taking a shuttle bus provided by the hotel (the buildings are quite far apart). Despite this, the living environment was very peaceful. The lobby and public spaces in the residential area are well-maintained with greenery and spacious layouts. As for breakfast, it was fairly standard, offering basic Chinese and Western dishes as well as hot meals, but nothing particularly outstanding.

💞Reasons to Recommend: The hotel boasts a prime location, situated conveniently between all the must-visit attractions in Dunhuang. It also offers a comfortable lobby and well-designed public spaces in the residential area.
