Cloak Mountain｜One of the Closest Pristine Forest Areas to the City

✨Douyun City's Cloak Mountain—Jianjiang Scenic Area is composed of five parts: Cloak Mountain Scenic Area, Luosike Scenic Area, Jianjiang Scenic Area, Duliujiang Scenic Area, and Fengzhuanhe Scenic Area. It features high mountains, grasslands, canyons, waterfalls, rivers, karst landscapes, diverse species, urban scenery, and ethnic customs, all blending naturally and uniquely. Together, they form the distinctive scenic resources of the Douyun Cloak Mountain—Jianjiang Scenic Area in Guizhou, with Cloak Mountain as the centerpiece and Jianjiang River as the link.

✨The main peak of Cloak Mountain has an elevation of 1961 meters. Cloak Mountain is as famous as Fanjing Mountain and Leigong Mountain, making it one of the three major mountains in Guizhou.

🏞️Climate: Douyun experiences a lot of rain in the summer, so remember to bring rain gear. The temperature difference between morning and evening is significant, so it's advisable to bring a long-sleeved shirt.

🧗🏻‍♀️Activities: Cloak Mountain is a lesser-known spot with fewer visitors and beautiful scenery, perfect for walking and taking photos. The water in the mountain is clear, suitable for playing and swimming. Hiking is also an option, but it's recommended that beginners do not go alone. Stick to the commonly used hiking routes.
