Next to the Ena Gorge Observatory, taste the warm taste of grandma and grandpa [Sanrikuya Gohei Pancake] 🍢⛰️

After enjoying the magnificent canyon scenery created by nature at the Ena Gorge Observatory, I was led to the nearby [Sanrikuya] by a scent. This is a simple little restaurant run by a friendly old couple. The specialty of the store, "Gohei Cake", is a simple taste of rice and sauce that they personally pounded and ground, and then slowly baked over charcoal fire. When you take a bite, the aroma of rice and sauce blends in your mouth, with a little bit of nut sweetness.

The old lady smiled and said that this is a recipe she has made for decades, traditional and authentic. Not only can you eat handmade snacks here, but you can also chat with local people, which is the warmest episode of my journey.
