Kesselberg mountain pass

#hellohalloween

The Kesselberg mountain pass is known for its winding Bundesstraße 11 road that runs between the Kochelsee and Walchensee.
Walchensee: Water from this lake flows toward the Kochelsee via the Heckenbach waterfall, which is located on the Kesselberg.
Sylvenstein Reservoir: A nearby body of water, the Sylvenstein reservoir, can also be reached from the Kesselberg region via the Deutsche Alpenstraße route.
Another reservoir in a Kesselberg hiking area
There is a separate "Wallpach multi-purpose reservoir" that was built in 2021 within the Meran 2000 ski and hiking area in South Tyrol, Italy. This area features hiking trails that also include a "Kesselberg".
