Visit Enoshima, the cat island near Tokyo

Enoshima Island, or what Thais call Cat Island, is about 1 hour from Tokyo.

It is recommended to go in the evening to see the sunset and Mt. Fuji. 🗻

Activities on the island You can walk along the road up the mountain. There are restaurants, food shops, and souvenir shops along the way.

How to get there from Kamakura

📍From Kamakura Station, go to platform number 1 to take the Pol train to Enoshima Station. It takes about 24 minutes. When you arrive, walk from the station to Enoshima Island for about 12 minutes.
