Exceptional Hospitality and Gastronomy Delightful Stay

We are wholly pleased with our visit. While Maldives hotels are renowned for their hospitality, this one truly stands out as a model. I particularly want to highlight the cuisine and Italian chef Morena. We savored many menu items, especially the foie gras burger and octopus with a fabulous sauce—truly gourmet dishes. The hotel catered to guest requests, even preparing dishes not on the menu upon request. I'd also mention the Italian night in the main restaurant, where alongside lobsters and langoustines, guests were offered high-quality jamon Iberica, showcasing a high standard. The wine selection was relatively standard, with several types of Babich Sauvignon that we enjoyed. Additionally, GM Patrick is worth noting; he was nearly omnipresent, and for the first time, I witnessed a manager DJing—guests danced on the sand under his lead. Another detail is the provision of raincoats in rooms, not just umbrellas; this is rare in Maldives hotels, where usually only staff have them. This island stay is absolutely worth the cost.
