A Perfect Stay at Avani+ Fares

We had a wonderful stay at Avani+ Fares in the Baa Atoll in September—everything was spot-on from arrival to departure, including the transportation arrangements with Manta Air from/to Velana Airport. Our beach villa was top-notch, beautifully designed, and immaculate throughout our stay. The direct access to the idyllic beach right from the villa was simply enchanting. The dive center was exceptional: skilled, enthusiastic, and devoted. Special thanks to Aiko and Foh for customizing the experience to our interests. During PADI Aware week, we treasured memorable moments like a freediving session with Hanli Prinsloo @iamwater_foundation (renowned free-diving/apnea world champion) and snorkeling with a large group of mantas at Hanifaru Bay. The island staff are warm and attentive, making each guest feel truly appreciated. At Skipjack restaurant and bar, we enjoyed both the exceptional food and the ambiance. The professional, respectful, yet always welcoming service made a big impact. Special thanks to Kuma, Opik, Priti, and Dimah, whose thoughtful and personal touches made us feel at home each day. Our Haharu host Rachel was invaluable in helping us understand the complex premium all-inclusive concept, handling reservations, and keeping us informed about activities. In short, Avani+ Fares is a true paradise—not only for its breathtaking location but mainly for the people who make the experience extraordinary. Highly recommended!
