A family-friendly homestay in the forest

This homestay has been on my list for a long time, and I finally got to visit it this weekend. (I wanted to stay here last time I visited Fairy Lake, but it was fully booked.) I finally got a reservation this time. Haha! And now it's the off-season, so if you want to check it out, now's the time. The price is very affordable. Highly recommended!

📍Tree Frog Tribe (located by Fairy Lake in Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province)

I was first attracted by its unique house design. The photos are full of childlike and futuristic vibes. I learned from chatting with the staff that their houses are designed based on the characteristics of different plants and animals, such as ladybug houses, lotus leaf houses, honeycomb houses, seed houses, etc. Their philosophy is to come from nature and return to nature. All the houses in the homestay are integrated with nature.

The homestay covers an area of more than 30 acres, with a large public space where children can play freely. The ecological environment is also very good, with various migratory birds chirping and singing.

My favorite place is the Fairy Hall built in the rice field. It's a great place for photos, but unfortunately, the rice has been harvested now, so the scenery is not as good. But! We had rice harvested from the field for lunch. Haha.

They also have art classes every day. The recent activity is collecting leaves to make specimens. The teacher will take the children out to collect leaves and then make them into specimens to be framed. Unfortunately, my partner was in a hurry to go fishing, so we missed it. (I was so upset!)

Oh, and their room facilities are also very good. The hairdryer is Dyson, and the room has underfloor heating, which is very comfortable in autumn and winter. They thoughtfully prepared children's toothbrushes and slippers. The staff was also very patient. We wanted to eat outside in the sun and have tea by the pool, and the staff patiently helped us move things.

In short, it was a great experience. If you want to take your kids out for the weekend, this is the place to go. I guarantee you won't be disappointed, and it's worth the money. Haha
