Perfect Hotel for a Honeymoon in Florence (Hotel Lungarno)

Hotel Lungarno, located along the Arno River in Florence, was truly a once-in-a-lifetime accommodation experience. The breakfast, in particular, is unforgettable. It wasn’t just a simple offering of bread and coffee; it felt like a Michelin-course meal, full of care and detail. Fresh fruits, salami, ham, croissants, Greek yogurt—everything was delicious, and enjoying it while gazing at the river view made it even more special.

The ambiance of the rooms was incredibly luxurious. With a navy and white color scheme, sophisticated furniture, and artistic pieces adorning the walls, even a single night’s stay made me feel elevated. I learned that the hotel is operated by the Ferragamo family. The view of the Ponte Vecchio from the window was stunning, with the atmosphere changing completely between morning and evening, making it a healing experience just staying inside the hotel.

Though the price is on the higher side, I wholeheartedly recommend it as a honeymoon accommodation. For me, it was the highlight of my time in Florence.
