This time I came to Foshan, I was really conquered by the food! Although I didn’t write down the names of the shops one by one, every bite of the deliciousness is deeply imprinted in my mind. It is really worth sharing!
The first thing I want to talk about is that 📍super heavy-flavor hotpot skewers restaurant. It seems like it came from Chongqing, extremely spicy and fragrant! 🌶️The spicy soup base is rich and mellow, and you can't stop eating it one string after another! The beef tripe, duck intestines, and hair tripe are all cooked to perfection. They become extremely tender after just a few seconds of blanch. Dipping them in the store’s secret oil sauce is really...amazing! ! 🔥
Then I also ate at a Japanese sushi restaurant 🍣, the ingredients were amazingly fresh! The feeling of the salmon nigiri's fat melting in my mouth is like jumping directly into the fish market in Hokkaido. Each piece is as delicate as a work of art, and paired with the slightly sour and slightly sweet vinegar rice, it completely broke my imagination of sushi. I am surprised that I can really eat such high-quality Japanese food in Foshan!
Of course, you can’t miss the dreamy ice cream at the end~ The ice cream cup is so beautiful, each layer is piled up like a flower🌸, and it is also sprinkled with colorful sugar grains and cookie crumbs, which makes girly hearts burst! The key point is that the taste is also excellent, with a very rich milky flavor. One bite will instantly cool you down and your sense of happiness will be off the charts!
Although I didn’t remember the name this time, I remembered that it was delicious. Foshan is not only about Kung Fu and ceramics, its food is really amazing and soulful. These few things alone make me want to go back immediately! 🛫🍽️
