🚶♀️3-day itinerary to zone out and relax
Day 1|Arrive at the ancient village
📍Stay in a rammed earth old house on the cliff, open the window to see layers of terraced fields (Xingxian Village, Wufu Town, Wuyishan City, Nanping City)
📍Stroll to a small teahouse run by villagers in the evening, 10 yuan for a pot of tea to sit all afternoon
Day 2|Immersive village life
📍Get up early to learn how to make Guangbing with grandma, stuffing the filling until it overflows (Guangbing shop on the old street of Wufu Town)
📍Listen to village elders tell stories under the old banyan tree, over 300 years old
📍At night, use a flashlight to find fireflies, July to August is the peak season
Day 3|Off-the-beaten-path nearby activities
📍Drive 20 minutes to Tongmuguan in Wuyishan to drink the most authentic Jin Jun Mei tea
📍Stop by the high mountain tea garden, wearing a white dress for perfect photos

√ Wufu's three treasures: snail pot, tofu pudding, and eel rice noodles
√ Wuyishan smoked goose: delicious at any local restaurant in town
√ Red mushroom stew: a mountain delicacy only available in the rainy season
💡 Practical tips
1. There are few homestays in the village, book 2 weeks in advance! We stayed at "Old Street No. 5" which has an attic starry sky room
2. Remember to bring mosquito repellent! The ecology is so good that mosquitoes are very enthusiastic
3. It is recommended to rent a car and drive yourself, bus service is limited
4. Bring a light jacket if you come from June to September, the temperature difference in the mountains is large
