My friend who ate it said it was "like chikuwabu"! lol
It's interesting that there are so many privately run shops, but this is one of them. "Fuurin"
It's miso-based, but it's not thick like houtou, it's more like red miso soup.
I'm grateful that it's cheap even though it's full of volume!
The uncles and aunties have a local feel, so it's more about frankness than "hospitality"!
