[Kanagawa Prefecture/Enoshima Daishi] Crimson Nio statues

After praying at Enoshima Shrine, you will come across Enoshima Daishi on your left on your way to the cave.

Two magnificent crimson Nio statues stand at the entrance. They are quite large and eye-catching.

A 6m-tall red statue of Acala is enshrined as the principal image in the main hall. You are free to enter the main hall, and the smell of burning incense wafts through the air.

Further inside, there is an exhibition of Chinese embroidered Buddhist paintings. They are incredibly delicate and beautiful - truly amazing!
