🇯🇵Enoshima Dessert Ceiling

What should you eat when visiting Enoshima? It's not seafood, it's pudding!
The "Enoshima Pudding" that was highly recommended by the locals did not disappoint me. I was instantly blown away after taking a bite. This is what pudding is all about!

🍮 | About Pudding |

Their signature product is the “classic pudding” series, which has a very fragrant milky flavor but is not greasy at all, and the caramel at the bottom is slightly bitter, just enough to neutralize the sweetness.

🌟:
• Classic Original Flavor (プレミアムプリン): Smooth and tender in the mouth, the texture is between pudding and egg custard, perfect!
• Caramel Cream Pudding: Topped with a thick layer of cream + caramel sauce, it is super photogenic and sweet but not greasy.
• The store also has matcha, cheese, limited flavors, and even "pudding drinks"!

💰: Each pudding costs about 450-600 yen, and you can eat it on the spot or take it away.
There are also cute glass bottles you can take home as souvenirs, which are small and stylish!

📍 | Store Information |
• Store name: Enoshima Pudding Enoshima Pudding
• Address: 1-11-27 Katase Coast, Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture
• Opening hours: 10:00–17:30 (closed on Wednesdays, recommended to avoid)
• Recommended transportation:
Although you can get there by train (take the Enoden to Katase Enoshima Station and walk for 3 minutes), if you want to visit Enoshima for a whole day and take photos/watch the sunset at the Shonan beach, it is recommended to charter a car for more convenience!
Especially when there are many people, a lot of luggage or a lot of photographic equipment, chartering a car can save energy and time.

| Additional recommendations:

After eating pudding, you can:
• Stop by Enoshima Shrine and the lighthouse to see the sea view
• Walking on the beach at night or taking photos of the night view is really healing

Enoshima has always been a seaside town that I love very much, and Enoshima Pudding is the reason that makes people "must come again".
