A splendid temple in the downtown area [Mangyoji Temple]

It is located just halfway between Gion Station and Kushida Jinja-mae Station, a few minutes walk from Canal City Hakata. The grounds are not very large, but it is a fine temple with a long history.

There is a ossuary and a chapel on the grounds, and a beautiful bell.

It seems to be often used for memorial services, as there are medium-sized buses parked there, and it seems to be well-suited for group use.
