The second place I visited on my trip to Hakata was Imanoma 🥚

By chance, there was a seat available so I was able to go in!

It was a compact restaurant with an L-shaped counter and one seat on the second floor, but I was able to relax 🍚

It was an open kitchen, so it was very interesting to see the food I ordered being made right in front of me!

The omelette and squid in the elegant broth were very delicious and left a lasting impression 🦑
