🍝 Review of Yamaya, the specialty restaurant of the sacred place of pollack roe

A treasure trove discovered in Canal City, a must-visit place in Fukuoka! Introducing Yamaya, a mentaiko specialty store. You can see various mentaiko products in the store. In particular, the mentaiko displayed in the display case were really neat and pretty!

The whole mentaiko on top of the pasta is a visual work of art! 👍 You can enjoy it at home with the mentaiko pasta sauce that you can buy right at the store.

For dessert, I recommend strawberry pudding! It's a soft pudding made with Fukuoka strawberries for 1,296 yen for 4. It's also popular as a gift. 🎁
