Fukuoka: A Perfect Family Travel Destination

During this trip to Fukuoka, we stayed at two hotels located in Tenjin: Hotel Monterey and Richmond Hotel. Both hotels are conveniently situated near Tenjin Underground Shopping Street and offer paid parking facilities.

There are plenty of dining options around the hotels, including breakfast at the hotel itself and the restaurant Nishijin Hatsushige. A hidden gem worth mentioning is a nearby yakiniku restaurant, which we visited twice during our short stay in Fukuoka. The restaurant is called Yakiniku Jo, located at 〒810-0004 Fukuoka Prefecture, Fukuoka City, Chuo Ward, Watanabe-dori 2-2-8, Denen Building 2F. Highly recommended!

For kids, EZO offers exciting activities, including the "Three Thrills" experience, and TeamLab is located downstairs. Additionally, Nobolt is another great spot where kids can have fun and burn off energy for a day or two.

For adults, there are large department stores nearby, such as Mitsukoshi, Daimaru, Parco, and the Lalaport Outlet, perfect for shopping to your heart's content.

Overall, this trip to Fukuoka was incredibly satisfying.
