I had the pleasure of dining at Ono no Hanare Hakata Main Store, located on the 1st floor of Mitsui Garden Hotel in Nakasu✨

This is a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine at its finest.

What amazed me the most was the presentation! The appetizer was served in a glowing blue dish inspired by a fishbowl, with a cute goldfish made from beets♡

The smoked Spanish mackerel prosciutto had a delightful aroma and was incredibly delicious◎

The assorted sashimi platter offered a luxurious variety, with each piece being a treat to savor.

The mirin-glazed black cod was thick, tender, and my personal favorite♡

The 300g sirloin steak was exceptionally tender and satisfying🫧

For dessert, the highlight was a transparent jelly blancmange with a subtle basil flavor—so unique!

From start to finish, the meal was pure indulgence♡
