I had the Kurogumo Ramen at the Kagoshima ramen shop "Noodle Laboratory Kintoun" located in the "Ramen Runway" in the domestic terminal of Fukuoka Airport.

The concept is "Everything is for the sake of deliciousness."
It is an evolved Kagoshima ramen shop that is particular about homemade noodles and soup.

The ramen can be broadly divided into "Koumo (miso)," "Shirokumo (light tonkotsu)," "Kurogumo (soy sauce)," and "Akagumo (spicy soy sauce)," and each flavor has its own "special ramen."

This time I had the "Kurogumo (890 yen)."
The pork slices are cube-shaped, and the chopped onions are a nice accent.

Fukuoka (Hakata and Nagahama) ramen is also popular, but Kagoshima ramen also has many fans!
