Didn’t expect to find such an amazing Korean restaurant in the middle of Changbai Mountain! 🏔️
This place totally changed my impression of “food deserts” — their dishes are beyond delicious!

🍶 Homemade Rice Wine (Makgeolli)
Surprisingly my favorite from the whole meal! The owner brews it himself, and even someone who rarely drinks (like me!) finished a whole bottle 😂
The corn aroma is rich and fragrant, with the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess.
Honestly better than many I’ve tried in Yanji — please, don’t leave without trying this! 💯

🍲 Signature Pork Backbone Soup
Available in small, medium, and large. The owner even kindly suggested we order a small since the portions are huge 😆
Packed with tender pork bones, golden mushrooms, crown daisy, and topped with perilla leaves.
The soup is rich, slightly spicy, full-bodied, and super comforting. A true taste of authentic Korean flavors 🇰🇷

🐟 Grilled Codfish
Looks like takoyaki balls — and surprisingly topped with osmanthus sauce! 🌸
Sweet, slightly smoky, and perfectly cooked. The fish is tender inside, with bonito flakes sprinkled on top — so addictive that we finished it in minutes 😋

🥩 Korean Bossam (Boiled Pork Wraps)
Aesthetic and flavorful — the pork is marinated with a hint of sweetness, perfectly paired with the savory sauce and crisp veggies. Refreshing and satisfying with every bite! 🥬

🥤 Birch Sap Drink
If you’ve never tried birch juice before, this is a must! Light, slightly sweet, and super refreshing 🌿
