[Sri Lanka] Galle Old Town, a World Heritage Site that feels like Europe ♡

Galle Old Town is a cape city that juts out near the southern tip of Sri Lanka✨

It has flourished as a trading port since ancient times, and traces of the European colonial era still remain, and the entire old town surrounded by fortresses is registered as a World Heritage Site♡

The exotic old town, which is a mix of Arabian, European and Sri Lankan cultures, has a completely different atmosphere from other Sri Lankan cities and was very interesting!

You can walk around the old town, but there are many stylish cafes, churches and other buildings that look like they will be picturesque no matter where you take a photo♡

I took a day trip from Colombo by train, but there were also stylish boutique hotels, so I recommend staying in the old town!

The train runs along the coast all the way, so if you sit on the right side you can see the view better☺️
