As someone who places great importance on hotel breakfasts during travels, the dining experience at SEAMARQ exceeded my expectations. The breakfast at the buffet restaurant 'The Chef's Kitchen' was not just about variety; every single dish stood out for its freshness and quality. From dishes made with fresh seafood sourced locally from Gangneung, to freshly baked pastries, and egg dishes prepared on the spot by professional chefs, everything was impeccable. In particular, the side dishes in the Korean cuisine section were so well-prepared and flavorful that even elders would find them satisfying. Enjoying breakfast by the floor-to-ceiling windows with the morning sunlight streaming in and a view of the sea was truly an unforgettable experience. In the evening, I tried the room service, and the variety of the menu along with the warm, deliciously delivered food was outstanding. It wasn't just a meal to fill the stomach but a gourmet feast that captured the flavors and care of Gangneung. SEAMARQ provided a perfectly orchestrated luxury stay that delighted all five senses throughout my visit.
