Rock Views & Cloud Feels

#springitinerary Gwongeumseong Fortress is less “fortress” and more “epic mountain top with next-level views,” and honestly, it slaps. You take a cable car up (already a win), and when you get off, it’s just insane views everywhere, mountains, sky, forest, all looking like a desktop wallpaper in real life.

The hike up from the cable car station is short but a bit steep, totally worth it though. Once you’re at the top, it feels like you’re walking on the edge of the world. There’s not much “fortress” left, but the rocky cliffs and ancient vibe make it feel legendary.

Great place to just chill, take pics, and let the mountain air clear your head. If the weather’s good, you might even catch clouds rolling by right at eye level. Surreal. It’s peaceful but powerful. Definitely a must if you’re anywhere near Seoraksan. Bring good shoes and let nature flex on you.
