Check-in and check-out were efficient with no deposit required, and we were offered hot tea while waiting, making us feel truly cared for. Throughout our stay, we experienced consistently attentive service 🤭. The front desk even upgraded our room for free! Every staff member we encountered, whether entering or leaving the hotel, greeted us with smiles and warmth. 👍

What amazed me most was the hotel's responsiveness. Whether we needed a charger last minute or had questions about breakfast hours, the staff resolved everything immediately. They even delivered our food deliveries straight to our room! 🤓
