Climbing over the ridges of Fengshan Mountain and entering the mountain pass, a cluster of low-rise houses in earth tones leaps into view, focusing the gaze between the uniform green mountains and the azure sky. Yonggui River is scattered in a 30-acre open space, like notes jumping and echoing in multiple plots, with paths connecting all parts.

Among these low-rise houses, some are newly built: flat roofs, terraces, partitions, wooden fences, clean and simple lines and volumes interweave, long windows and square windows are juxtaposed on the wall, introducing a room of natural light and mountain scenery, creating a comfortable vacation living space.
The other part is the renovation of old houses: they continue the original village house layout, bamboo fences and stone walls are connected into courtyards, with traditional beams and columns of Gan Nan folk houses as the skeleton, and ancient blue tile sloping roofs as the shape, time stops here.

There are a total of 33 guest rooms. Inside each guest room, every window, every decoration, every corner, carries endless yearning for history, humanities, mountains and rivers, and pastoral life. The designer uses a simple and comfortable design to enhance the quality of travel accommodation. The independent bathtub allows you to wash away the fatigue of your journey. Some room types also have independent courtyards and hot springs, allowing you to relax and unwind.

The luggage restaurant is a place to perceive the mountains and wilderness through mountain flavors, and to heal the heart with delicious food. There is a spacious lobby that can accommodate gatherings and ceremonies, an outdoor corridor restaurant with distant mountains as companions, and a private room for enjoying a quiet moment. Each place corresponds to a different state and mood. The chef adheres to the concept of ancient planting and natural health, mainly using local ingredients. With the change of seasons, local seasonal ingredients will be selected, and traditional cooking methods will be combined with modern techniques to create unique fusion dishes.

As the second Yonggui River project in Jiangxi, Yonggui River·Ganzhou (Kongdong Homestay Village) chooses a location between the ripples of history and the folds of valleys, integrating into a natural and relaxed living environment. From here, a diverse map of cohabitation with mountains and seas is opened.
