The towering Zhuoda Snow Mountain is a beautiful and sacred scroll; the winding Yalong River carries the heavy footsteps of history. The ancient Gesar culture is like a cultural treasure that will last forever. Gesar King City, located in the core area of the Great Shangri-La Tourism Ring and the Kangbei Gesar Cultural Tourism Circle, is located in the southeast of Ganzi County, Ganzi Prefecture. Built on the site of the "Huo Ling Battle" in the Gesar epic, it is a shining pearl on the snowy plateau. King Gesar, a legendary hero of the Tibetan people, was born in 1038 and died in 1119. He spent his life fighting demons, suppressing evil, and fighting in the north and south, unifying more than 150 tribes and unifying the territory of Lingguo.
Gesar King City is mainly composed of Gesar Cultural Zone, Wetland Leisure Zone, Grassland Experience Zone and Epic Sightseeing Zone. It is the world's first Gesar cultural theme city.
The center of the King City is the Senzhudazi Palace, which is transliterated from Tibetan. Sen: Tibetan means lion; Zhu: Tibetan means dragon; Da: Tibetan means tiger, so Senzhudazi Palace means: Lion Dragon Tiger Palace, Lion Dragon Tiger Palace also has a saying: When King Gesar was building the palace, it was built by soldiers during the day, and by lions, dragons and tigers to help King Gesar build the palace at night. This is the origin of Senzhudazi Palace.
Behind the palace, the turquoise Zhu Mulacuo Lake shimmers.
Legend has it that in order to conquer the Hol Kingdom and welcome back the Queen of Zhu Mula, King Gesar transformed into "Zhuoda Mountain". Whenever the moon appears, he will reveal himself and meet Zhu Mu at Zhu Mulacuo Lake.
When you are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city, come to Ganzi Gesar King City. Here, step into history, settle your mind, and enjoy the time.....
