🫕 A Pleasant Surprise – LALA BOY Hotpot @ Eco Botanic

We’ve driven past LALA BOY Hotpot countless times, and we finally got around to trying it for dinner yesterday. Turned out to be a pretty enjoyable experience!

We went with their signature lala (clam) hotpot, which came with fresh, juicy clams that really elevated the broth. The soup was naturally sweet and flavorful from the seafood, and what made it even better was the option to add Chinese wine—freely available at the condiments table! That touch gave the broth a deeper, more aromatic layer.

We also ordered some pork belly slices and veggies to go along with the hotpot. Everything was fresh and nicely portioned.

Service was warm and friendly, with the staff checking in and making us feel welcome without being overbearing. It’s these small touches that made the experience even better.

Prices were reasonable for the quality, so we left feeling satisfied and happy. Would definitely come back again for another comforting hotpot meal.
