Exceptional Service with Some Room for Improvement

Pros. - The entire service staff is exceedingly accommodating and guest-focused; wherever I went, there was always warmth and a smile. - The suite room upgrade was wonderful, featuring ample space and delightful regional sweets. - Breakfast was very tasty, offering delightful coffee and fresh fruit, along with tea made from local herbs. - The executive lounge serves a modest yet delicious selection of food with outstanding service (Astori was notably excellent). Cons. - A few pieces of furniture in the room are slightly worn and could use a refresh.
