Teksen Chinese Restaurant in Penang is considered another great restaurant. How great is it? The sign in front of the shop says the opening time is 6:00 PM. We arrived at 5:30 PM. There were 3 people waiting before us. When the shop opened at 6:00 PM, every table was full and the line extended out onto the street.
