New hotel in the area, rooms were new, comfortable bed and located near the heart of Penang and Komtar. New nightspot and bars are within walking distance as well. Check in was straightforward, they even serve free coffee at the lobby while waiting for the room to be ready.

The suite can accommodate up to 4 pax very comfortably. Bath amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, toothpaste and lotion were provided. Coffee-making facilities such as kettle and coffee sachets were also available. The only downside I could think of was that the TV had no in-built video apps such as Netflix, and we were unable to connect Chromecast to the TV.

The small gym and lap pool on the rooftop area is a bonus for guests to have a quick workout. There are also filtered water taps on every level for guests to refill their bottles. The staff of the hotel is helpful and courteous. Definitely worth it. ❤️
