Centrally located in the heart of Georgetown . It’s just opposite Komtar . This is newly built hotel it’s look so luxury when u entering to the lobby .

Parking:-
It’s automated lift parking . One of the good thing about the hotel it no need to find car park, there is one assistant there to assist on the car park .

Hotel :-
Newly built in Y 2022 , the hotel still new and in good condition .

Room :-
The king size bed is so comfortable it’s like 5 star hotel bedding . View not so much as I’m on a low floor basically to see the rooftop of the houses only . Full amenities and welcome gift back on local product .

Facilities :-
Roof top swimming pool and gym. You can see the Komtar building right in-front of u.

Roof top garden as well on the other building , saw some weddings shooting or cocking held at the roof top transparent garden. Not bad to have wedding here too

Attraction nearby:-

Walking distance to many near by attraction & local food .
Within 5 mins walk to:-
1. KOMTAR - access to the Top Penang
2. 1sr avenue - Shopping mall there is a cinema inside
3. 888 prawn me - just a short walk. They served delicious prawn noodles in this restaurant .
4. Morning wet market - they are many good local Hawker food inside .
5. Many more just waiting for you to explore

Take note:-
You need to book for new hotel room not the studio type. The studio type is old service apartment . Also the hotel just right beside the traffic light is easy to miss the turn.
