Great stay in Citadines Cecil Penang

Swift check in and free room upgrade. All staffs are friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Price is reasonable and location is superb. The only downside is there is no parking provided and we need to find street parking ourselves. 1st avenue mall is just 10mins walk from this hotel. Many eateries are walking distance too, especially the local Cecil morning market is just the opposite the hotel, very convenient and many nice food.
