Finally visited the much-talked-about Halzan Penang, and I have to say — it lives up to the hype! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a beautiful Nordic-inspired interior — clean lines, earthy tones, wooden furniture, and lots of natural light. It gave off such Bali café vibes — calm, airy, and super aesthetic. I could’ve stayed there all day.

Now, let’s talk about the food — everything we ordered was genuinely impressive:

1. Gochujang Carbonara
Creamy, with just the right kick of spice from the gochujang. The fusion of Korean and Italian flavors was surprisingly balanced. The chicken bacon and Parmigiano added a savory depth — rich, but not overly heavy. Loved it!
