In this special Christmas season, I decided to explore Halzan Penang, a Nordic-style restaurant located in Central@Gurney, under the shade of trees, as if in a fairy-tale environment 🎄. This experience really left a deep impression on me.

As soon as I arrived at Halzan Penang, I was surrounded by the charming Christmas atmosphere. The restaurant is exquisitely decorated, exuding a strong festive atmosphere. The Christmas tree added a touch of color to the entire venue, and I immersed myself in the warm atmosphere.

When I tasted their new Christmas menu, I was really amazed! We especially recommend the Christmas Beef Wellington, the top-grade beef is paired with a layer of mushroom sauce and wrapped in golden puff pastry. Every bite is an ultimate enjoyment for your taste buds 🥩. There are other delicacies such as beef medignan, roast turkey and lamb chops with cranberry sauce, each dish is a masterpiece of the chef's skillful hands.

And on this beautiful night, I also tasted Christmas surprises such as rosemary roast spring chicken, duck liver pie and so on. These dishes are not only rich in flavor, but also create a delicious Christmas picture.

The whole experience really was a wonderful Christmas trip. If you want to enjoy Christmas delicacies in a Nordic-style environment, Halzan Penang is definitely your best choice. I have fond memories of this Christmas feast and look forward to savoring this delicious flavor again next time.
