The lobby staff are polite and friendly. Nice ~

Upon arriving in Penang, I checked into this hotel. Overall, it was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and large enough, and the cleanliness was acceptable. There's a small market across from the hotel with a wide selection of food (only available during the morning and lunch hours).

I was particularly impressed by a staff member in the lobby who politely opened the door for us each time we entered or left the hotel.

The only minor issue was that the room I booked had a window... but it was only a light source (which was a bit disappointing).
