
Wang's Courtyard, located at No. 14, Dongshou Diguan, Dongquanmen Historic District , is named after the owner's surname, Wang. The residence is primarily residential, with the garden serving as a supplement. It is one of the best-preserved salt merchant residences in Yangzhou from the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China.
There are nearly a hundred old houses left in Wang's Courtyard. The houses are neatly laid out, the decorations are exquisitely carved, the gardens are delicate and exquisite, and the cultural heritage is rich.
