When in Penang, having a plate of nasi kandar is a must. But many may not know this rather new, with surprising fancy cafe-like interior nasi kandar store at Batu Kawan (just opposite Ikea Batu Kawan).

What we like the most is that it is very clean and comfortable and the service is efficient. Food prices are also on display clearly and the selection is very wide and fresh. Honestly, although I enjoy nasi kandar, I would rather skip them due to cleanliness issue. However this store is an exception, and I would not hesitate recommend it.👍

Just a note however, they serve roti canai and other rotis up till 11am only. Nevertheless, there's a selection of naan, fried noodles and rice, as well as other Western dishes. Prices are also reasonable.
