Explore the vast grasslands, enjoy horseback riding, stay in traditional yurts, and experience Kazakh culture and festivals.

The Nalati Grassland is one of Xinjiang's most famous grasslands and one of the world's four largest grasslands, encompassing a subalpine meadow flora. Located on the northern slopes of Mount Nalati, it features a vibrant landscape of river valleys, peaks, deep gorges, and forests. In summer, the grasslands are lush green, with wildflowers in bloom and a pleasant climate.
Local Kazakh folk customs can also be experienced. The Nalati Grassland is bordered by the Nalati Mountains in the southeast, forming a barrier-like barrier. The northwest slopes down along the upper reaches of the Gongnaisi River, creating a valley with a large slope. The terrain is densely populated with mountain springs and streams. Deep gullies and crisscrossing rivers crisscross the mountain foothills, and dense forests undulate the gently rolling plains. Pine cones tower over the gullies, and yurts are dotted here. Livestock herds move across the grasslands, making it an important summer grazing ground.
Temperate continental alpine steppe climate;
The best travel season is from June to September. After June every year, large herds of livestock move in, entering the golden season of the grassland, and various gatherings of grassland people are often held here.
