Gili Trawangan, the Island of Turtles

Gili Trawangan has become much busier compared to before, with significantly more boats and visitors.
The roads, which used to be dirt paths, are now mostly paved with blocks.
The boat services from Serangan Harbor to Gili have also improved, with larger and better boats available.
A new boat service called Budiman by the Marina Group has recently started operating. It is less crowded and offers a more comfortable ride.
The departure time is at 2:00 PM, arriving at 4:40 PM.
For the return trip, the boat departs Gili at 9:30 AM and arrives at 12:30 PM, with a stopover at Nusa Penida Island.
Gili Island is especially known for its abundance of turtles, and you are guaranteed to see them if you explore on foot. Highly recommended! Scuba diving here is also fantastic. Additionally, you can rent an electric scooter for 30,000 KRW or a bicycle for 5,000 KRW per day.
