Tibet's Sacred Lake - Yamdrok Yumtso

In Tibetan, 'Tso' means lake.
Yamdrok Yumtso means Swan Lake in Tibetan and is also known as Yamdrok Lake.
Yamdrok Yumtso is often abbreviated as Yam Lake.
In the hearts of Tibetans, the lake is seen as the 'turquoise earring dropped by a goddess.'
Yamdrok Yumtso covers a vast area, making it impossible to take in all at once.
The unique green lake water is also stunning.
