Gongshan to Dulongjiang: Encounter the Unique Scenery of Hei Wa Di

Starting from Gongshan County, you can reach Dulongjiang Township by taking Mingzhu Road, Shimen North Road, Gongdu Road, and Dulongjiang Road, and passing through the Dulongjiang Tunnel.

The Dulong people were the last ethnic minority in China to have access to roads. In September 1999, the 96.2 km Dulongjiang Road was completed, and in 2011, the Dulongjiang Tunnel was built. After its completion, the S318 Dulongjiang Road was open all year round.

Hei Wa Di is located on the roadside to Kongdang Township, Dulongjiang, and is the last mountain village before entering Dulongjiang. The viewing platform here offers a view of the endless ridgeline of Biluo Snow Mountain.
