Haengjusanseong Fortress is a place where 2,300 soldiers defeated 30,000 Japanese soldiers during the 3 great battles of the Imjin War. It is well known for the origin of ‘General Kwon Yul’s Haengju Skirt’.

Haengjusanseong Fortress is quite spacious inside and it takes about 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes to tour. Since it is on a high hill, I recommend wearing comfortable shoes to visit.

Haengjusanseong Fortress is currently experiencing autumn foliage, so you can see a beautiful and colorful landscape. Also, the view of the Han River from Chunguijeong on the top of Haengjusanseong Fortress is spectacular.
